The following jurisdiction, Elkhart County, intends to discharge stormwater into the watersheds contained in the document linked below.
Elkhart County is submitting a Notice of Intent letter to give notice to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) that Elkhart County does intend to comply with the Indiana Code requirements of 327 IAC 15-13 to discharge stormwater run-off associated with Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4)
